Everton defender Seamus Coleman insists the club have been right to stick by Marco Silva through tough times this season.Despite high expectations and heavy spending, the Toffees have struggled under Silva, and their latest run of just one win in five games has them tenth in the Premier League table.However, the 0-0 draw against Liverpool at Goodison Park on Sunday saw an improved display from Silvas men, as did the 3-0 victory over Cardiff on Tuesday, and Coleman insists the manager needs time.2

You cant just keep chopping and changing managers, it doesnt work, he told talkSPORT host Jim White.I know in todays business thats what people want after four or five bad results, but youve got to give people time to get their own players in and implement their own style of play.There will be good times and bad times.
