Gary Cahill is not done with top level football just yet and insists there is plenty still left in the tank.The defender played his final game for Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday before his seven-year stay comes to an end this summer.2

Cahill came on in the final minute of the 3-0 win against Watford, replacing David Luiz, but vowed there is more to come from him.“I’m fit as a fiddle and ready to go.
